There is something we must tell you: organization is in!

Now we see more influencers, experts, and people trying to improve the organization in their routine and life in general, but how difficult is it to organize?

Not all people have the same abilities, therefore, some find this organizational issue simpler, while others struggle a little more and need more effort. In the end, the most important thing is the result.

The organization shouldn’t be just a fad it should be part of your lifestyle, why? Because this way you will be able to get more out of opportunities and experiences. Also, it will allow you to optimize your time to the maximum, and that is not a bad thing, right?

There are many aspects of your life that you can organize, but today we are going to focus on an important area of your life: work! Organizing yourself at work will help you a lot not to go crazy and, in addition, know your rhythm, your times, and capacities much better.

Before you start, remember: don’t be so hard on yourself! Little by little you are learning, growing, and understanding things better.

How to be more organized at work?

Remember that every detail counts, no matter how small or big it is. And the organization goes from something as common as the way you arrange your desk, to the techniques you use to get what you have pending without failing in the attempt.

Organization is the key to productivity. When our brain, time and workspace are organized, everything becomes much easier because our thoughts and actions are connected.

Here are 5 tips to improve your organization at work:

1. Sleep well. We already told you that your brain and your actions must be connected, and for that, you need to sleep at least 7 hours and, if you can, do some power naps for about 20 minutes.

2. Organize by priorities. Start by organizing your goals and thus the priorities will come out quickly. This is important because your priorities are going to be the most important task and the things you need to complete to move forward.

3. Take breaks. Breaks are necessary! Sometimes it seems like they are bad, but they’re the only way to re-energize yourself and let your brain get a little air and be more creative.

4. Put all the spaces in order. From your desk and papers to your email or any virtual space you use to work. All in order! It is not always easy to have it this way, but you can get used to it until it comes out completely natural.

5. No to multitasking! Here we go again to deny that the more you do, the better. It seems that we are specialists in doing thousands of things at the same time, but does that work? Not! Doing more than two things at the same time can release the stress hormone and affect concentration and decision-making.

How long will it take me to get more organized?

Do not think about how long it will take, better enjoy the process and learn more about yourself, your abilities and your skills.

Sometimes, we worry a lot about the result and do not focus on the process we are going through, less on what we learn. Therefore, do not try to time your process or compare it, just appreciate it and understand yourself.
